Children are important little beings

The development of our children lies close to our hearts. It is so important to direct their development in Christ's way. If we are successful in this, a prosperous future awaits them. It is also important that not only our children, but also others will have this opportunity. A bleak future awaits our  children if we do not equip others enough for their leading future roles.

Franklin D. Roosevelt said: "We cannot always build a future for our youth but we can build our youth for the future."

Our children must learn the right principles for life while  they are still young. They must know where their strength lies and what positive  sources are available to them. Leaders influence a whole country�s history, so, if that leader had a sound development as a child, he will make a positive difference.  It is very important that we therefore reach out to our children and those of  other countries. A government that acknowledges the true God is prosperous.

Remember Billy Sunday�s well-known expression: "The only way on God's earth that you will solve the problem of reaching the masses is by lgetting hold of the children."

Today forms tomorrow's adults. Their education is important. Forming healthy relationships across cultures and boundaries is important. We  can achieve this only if we invest in children�s development. One way to develop their future is to teach them sound Biblical principles.

Charles H. Spurgeon remarked: "A child of five, if properly  instructed, can as truly believe and be regenerated as an adult."

Today�s life requires great sacrifices from us. In future it will even be more so. Our children must cope with it. The success they will achieve  in this will depend on how well we equip them and their future neighbours. It is therefore important to do the best we can and make use of all the help we can  get. Making the right choices, is the answer. We can make a difference.

"It is not the wish of your Father in heaven that one  of these little ones will be lost," These words of the Lord Jesus Christ  tell us that we have a responsibility towards our children.
